Our popular Tax credit take-up resource pack is now available for use by individuals and organisations external to the Citizens Advice service.

The pack, originally produced for Citizens Advice Bureaux, has been used to help our local bureaux organise and run tax credit take up campaigns and campaigns aimed at helping our clients to manage their claims more effectively.

The Tax credit take-up resource pack was funded by HM Revenue and Customs.
