Every Citizens Advice Bureau is a registered charity reliant on trained volunteers and funds to provide these vital services for local communities.
Citizens Advice and every Citizens Advice Bureau are registered charities. The service is the biggest voluntary organisations in the country, and we have over 6,000 paid staff and more than 20,000 volunteers in a wide range of jobs.
