Reducing Offending Through Advice (ROTA) is a Citizens Advice project in the North East of England.

How we can help

The ROTA Prison Advice Worker can give you advice and information on a number of issues including:

  • managing money and debt during and after imprisonment
  • welfare benefits
  • relationships, children and family life
  • housing issues including tenancy agreements and housing benefits
  • employment.

Appointments are also available via a video link to Family Law solicitors.
