Course outline

Of benefit to anyone working with clients with disabilities, this course looks at completing claim forms in a way that leads to speedy and accurate decision making, thereby avoiding unnecessary appeals.

  • identify criteria upon which DLA entitlement is decided
  • identify criteria upon which DLA entitlement is decided
  • recognise key information to include in a claim form
